Ms. Bikini America Champion Leah Gruber shares, “ Even though I’ve been traveling for almost a month I still try to prioritize my health and fitness. 
Here are some tips that help me: 
1. Bring healthy food with you to snack on (nuts, tuna, protein bars, fruit, protein shakes etc).
2. Exercise portion control when eating out at restaurants by splitting it into two meals. One for while you’re there and one to take home. This can be a great way spread out your calories. 
3. Find where the nearest gyms are that you have access to. 
4. If you don’t have access to a gym try bodyweight workouts and outdoor cardio. 
5. Drink plenty of water.”
