Fitness diva Emily Skye says, "Lately I’ve been really focusing on explosive training. I want to get faster st sprinting so I’ve been doing a lot of plyometric work and unilateral movements to work on my legs separately so they’re stronger on their own. At the moment my left leg is weaker due to badly spraining my ankle over a year ago. It gets sore and swollen every now and it causes my knee to also get sore and “clicky”. So I’m working on strengthening my ankle too. I also do a lot of bare foot training to strengthen my feet. It’s so good for you! 
Sprinting is my all-time favourite exercise so I’ve decided I’m going to commit to training so I can become better at it. I love how sprinting is 100% effort and makes me feel powerful! Such a good feeling - so alive and free!"
