Probably one of my most favorite outdoor workouts. I have to share this in hopes that you also find magic and healing in movement. Movement is medicine. Here's my routine for the day:"

1) Run/jog one lap or .25mile
2) Jump ups
3) Quick steps, 30 seconds
4) Jump rope, 60 seconds
5) Push ups
6) Battle rope, 60 seconds
7) Monster walks or lunges
8) Repeat 4x took me 1 hour
