Ms. Bikini Universe Pro Melissa ioja shares, "I'm still keeping relatively the same diet as when I was prepping for the Musclemania competition. I have added some carbs in the morning (steel cut oats, wheat toast), but don't have too many the rest of the day.

Most meals are clean proteins (egg whites, chicken breast), little bit of fat (raw almonds, avocado, olive oil), and dark green veggies (asparagus, broccoli, cucumbers). My portions are small and I eat every three hours. Low to no salt (Flavor God and Mrs. Dash are my faves). I drink lots of water!!"
