Last year's Fitness America Pageant Champion, Lindsay Messina (left) has been a driven lady appearing in commercials, magazines, print advertisements, live appearances and more. Recently, the New York based fitness star teamed with actress Tara La Valley (right) to shoot a new, 30 minute national infomercial for the DVD
training series, "Knock Out Abs". Lindsay said, "It was 10-12 hour days and non-stop working out. I was exhausted at the end of the week." Lindsay also co-hosted the recent Fitness, Ms. Bikini and Model America show in Las Vegas. |
